We take the drywall and tile scope on new construction — houses, additions, garages, ADUs, cabins and small commercial fit-outs — as a single package: hang, tape, finish, texture, then floor and wet-area tile once the trades ahead of us are clear. We work to your schedule, keep the site swept, haul our own scrap, and tell you honestly when weather or a delivery is going to move a date rather than letting you find out on the day.

Our Process

Plans & Bid

Send plans or walk the frame with us. You get a square-foot bid covering the full scope, with the assumptions written down so nothing is argued later.

Schedule the Stages

Start dates for hang, finish and tile that fit around the trades ahead of us, with realistic drying time built in rather than assumed away.

Run the Scope

Board hung and finished through the house, then tile once the floors are clear, with the site swept and scrap hauled at each stage.

Punch & Close Out

We walk the house with you under a light, fix the punch list, and hand it to the painter clean.
